This is a great app I use it often.
Its almost as if Google doesn’t want their phone to be better than the I Touch. actually the single touch interface with Google Earth looks awkward when compared to Google Earth on my sons I Pod Touch. which is not even makes zooming easy but also rotation and orientation….
What isn’t Google taking over? Don’t you think consumers have become too dependent on technology for their everyday needs? It’s almost like a single point of failure.
One of the most lauded general features of the Nexus One is voice recognition; the Google Earth app takes advantage of that. For example, you can say “Eiffel Tower” and it will take you there.
this is a great app, i use it on my phone right now. The best use for this is when I’m walking around downtown and i need to find a place to eat. its best and simple application for this.
google nexus one I think is good. But Europe has not yet sold out. certainly much better than iphone and the like. Thanks google

I love this app. I’m amazed at how much it can do and the many uses I have found for it.
Google Earth is a pretty cool application, but I personally don’t find it of much use. True, it has neat aerial pictures of the earth, but that’s about it. I personally prefer Google Maps and its Street View function as it can help me find where I need to go.
